At GBL Moto Supply, we are committed to delivering your motorcycle parts and accessories quickly, safely, and reliably — both within Australia and worldwide.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using trusted couriers.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Bulky or heavy items may require freight shipping, which will be quoted before dispatch.

International Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout or advised via email for oversized items.

  • Prices depend on weight, dimensions, and destination country.

  • Some large items (e.g., fairing sets, wheels, frames) may require specialised freight services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All international customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or any other border-related charges.

  • Regulations vary by country — please check your local customs requirements before ordering.

  • If a parcel is returned because duties weren’t paid, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.


4. Tracking & Delivery Requirements

  • All domestic and international shipments include a tracking number.

  • A signature may be required on delivery unless “Authority to Leave” is selected (the customer assumes full responsibility if stolen or lost).


5. Shipping Insurance

  • Optional at checkout; strongly recommended for international orders or high-value parts.

  • Without insurance, GBL Moto Supply cannot cover loss or damage caused by courier handling.


6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears lost:

  1. Contact us immediately with your order number and tracking ID.

  2. We will lodge an enquiry with the courier and assist with resolution.

GBL Moto Supply is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • International transit disruptions

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer


7. In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is available, orders can be collected within 1–2 business days.
Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.


8. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

  • Address changes can only be made before despatch.

  • Once dispatched, we cannot redirect parcels without courier fees.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
