Quick answers based on our published store policies.

How does shipping work?

Delivery is Australia-wide. Items we hold in Albion are dispatched from our store. Supplier-order items are ordered after you pay, delivered to us in Brisbane, checked and then dispatched, so they take longer. Standard delivery is $11 (free on orders from $100) and Express $15; Monza supplier-order items ship at $12.99. Exact charges are shown at checkout and you receive tracking when we dispatch. Full details are in our shipping policy.

What's the returns policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn or unused, in the condition you received them, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Some items, such as special orders, sale items and hazardous goods, can't be returned. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected. Full details are in our refund policy.
