Oxford Commuter Muffs are made from water-resistant neoprene fabric with bonded seams, keeping hands warm and dry. An adjustable windproof wrist protector can also be tightened (if required) around the jacket sleeves or gloves for extra wind protection.

These Oxford Commuter Muffs are designed to be a universal fit for all sizes of bike handlebars.
